Game Overview

Turbo Football: Champions is a game which allows you to bet on the outcome of virtual matches between 36 different European teams. The game runs a virtual tournament consisting of an initial league stage where each team will play 8 matches (4 at home and 4 away) , with teams being awarded 3pts for a win and 1pt for a draw.

All the teams are in a single league table, with the table showing

• number of games played (P)
• number of games won (W)
• number of games drawn (D)
• number of games lost (L)
• number of goals scored (GF)
• number of goals conceded (GA)
• goals difference (GD) which is the number of goals scored minus the number of goals conceded
• Points (PTS) awarded for wins (3pts) and draws (1pt)

After all the teams have played their 8 matches their position in the league is assessed based on pts, goal difference, goals scored . if teams are equal on all 3 criteria, then the highest ranked team goes above lower ranked as tie breaker (see team ranks at bottom of help file). The top 8 teams will proceed automatically to the later Round of 16 stage. Teams in positions 9th through to 24th are paired up based on league positions e.g 9th plays 24th, 10th plays 23rd etc and each pairing play each other in a 2 legged play off round, with the winner on aggregate over the two leg proceeding to the Round of 16.Teams 25th to 36th are eliminated from the Tournament. Subsequent knockout rounds (round 16, Quarter finals and Semi Finals) are also played over two-legged format until 2 teams remain to face each other in a winner takes all Final.

Matches in the knockout phase except for the final are over two legs, with each team playing the other home and away. The team that proceeds to the next round is the team with the highest aggregate score over the 2legs. If the teams are have scored an equal number of goals across the two legs at the end of 90 minutes in the second leg than that match will go into Extra Time (ET) , an additional 30 minutes of playing time. If a team score more goals than the other in this period than that team will proceed to the next knockout stage. If the scores on aggregate are still equal after the extra time has been played then the game will go to Penalties (PENS) to determine which team proceeds to the next knockout round.

The game is a Broadcast game, with match rounds being played automatically based on the timer seen in the top right corner. The game cycle is 60 seconds for round 1, through to Round of 16 leg 2 , after which it reduces to 40 seconds for the Quarter,Semi and Final. The amount off time a player has to place a bet for a specific round due to presentation of the previous rounds matches is given below

Pre Tournament - outright betting - 60 Seconds
Round 1 - 60 seconds
Round 2 till Round 16 leg 2 - approx. 50 seconds
Quarter Finals - approx. 30 seconds
Semi Final - approx. 35 seconds
Final - approx. 35 seconds

Match Betting Markets

The only match betting market available is the match outcome after 90 mins (not including any extra time or penalties). This is often called the 1x2 market and possible outcomes are limited to Team A wins (team A scores more goals than team B), Team B wins (team B scores more goals than team A) or the match ends in a draw (team A scores same number of goals as team B).

Each of the teams in the tournament are given a strength/rank indicating how good a team they are. When a match occurs the strengths of the two teams and whether there is home advantage or not is used to present appropriate odds. The outcome of the match is determined by a RNG event with weighting applied proportionally to the listed odds.

Bet Types

Players are allowed to bet on either singles – outcome of a single match, or accumulators bets on the outcome of a number of matches (selections) together. Each selection must be correct in order for the accumulator to win and the payout multiplier is the product of the odds for each selection. Thus, if even a single selection is incorrect the accumulator bet will lose , and no winnings will be returned.

The maximum number of selections in an accumulator for turbo football champions is 9

The maximum odds allowed for an accumulator is 10000x, player will not be allowed to add any more selections to an accumulator once this max potential win is reached.

Bet Boost

The game offers the ability for accumulators to randomly have their wins boosted by either 10,20,50 or 100%. The probability of an accumulator bet having a bet boost increases with the number of selections in the accumulator.

Placing a bet

The game will present you with the main area showing matches to be played that game round. A bet placement area at the bottom, a countdown to when the matches will be played in the top bar and below this either the current league table or the results of knockout stages, depending on the game week.

The game will show the odds for team A win, Draw and Team B . to place a bet simply select your desired stake, then click the odds of the selection you wish to bet on.

You can make selections on 1 or many of the matches being played that game week, if you have made a selection from more than 1 match, you can then decide whether you wish to place single bets or an accumulator by clicking/touching the appropriate button. The bet area will show your total outlay and potential returns. To place the bet use the BET button before the countdown reaches 4.

Once bet has been successfully placed your placed bet counter will increase by 1, and if your bet has been given a bet boost you will be notified of the boost amount.

Players can place bets until 4 second on the round countdown in the top right corner.

Once the countdown reaches 0, the game will cycle to the results screen where match results will be shown and a summary of the amount stake and returned for that game week will be shown. The game will then cycle back to showing the matches for the next round.
In the event that of a system disconnected, any bets placed will be settled as normal and any winnings credited to your account and the result of the matches and bets can be seen by viewing your bet history for that tournament.

Outright Betting

At the start of each new tournament there is an opportunity to bet on the Outright/Tournament winner, which is a bet that the team selected will win the tournament.

Game Controls

Hamburger Menu Button

Clicking this will bring up pop up which defaults to showing the game information , but also has toggle functionality where can click BET HISTORY to view information on bets you have placed on the game.
The pop up also has CLOSE button to close the popup and return to the main game.

Stake Arrow button

Use the left arrow to decrease stake to the next lowest valid stake level, will become inactive once lowest possible stake has been selected. Use the right arrow to increase stake to next highest valid stake level, will become inactive once the highest possible stake has been selected.

Bet Type Buttons

Once player has made one selection the Singles bet button will be highlighted. If further selection are made so that are now 2 or more selections the Accumulator button will become highlighted by default. And will show the following text based on the number of selections made

• Double (2 selections)
• Treble (3 selections)
• 4-Fold (4 selections)
• 5-Fold (5 selections)
• 6-Fold (6 selections)
• 7-Fold (7 selections)
• 8-Fold (8 selections)
• 9-Fold (9 selections)

Once a player has made 2 or more selections they can choose which type of bet they want to place. Clicking the singles button means player will be placing X number of independent single bets with the total outlay being selected stake times the number of selections and the outcome and payout for each selection being unrelated to the outcome. If the player selects the accumulator button they will then be placing an accumulator better for the stake selected. Each selection must be correct in order for the accumulator to win and the payout multiplier is the product of the odds for each selection. Thus, if even a single selection is incorrect the accumulator bet will lose , and no winnings will be returned.

Bet Button

Once player has made there desired match selections and chosen either Singles or Accumulator bet type, and their chosen stake clicking BET will place the bet on the RGS, resulting in the chosen stake being deducted from the players balance.

Min 93.72% , max 94.25% for single bets due to rounding odds to 2 decimals.
For accumulators the addition of bet boost should over long term play result in the following rtp based on the number of selections in the accumulator.
